We have spent a few fun days on the Oregon coast. The last few days have been very rainy, and it has made it kind of hard to paint outside. So I did a little watercolor in the beachhouse using my laptop as reference. Here is the painting and one of the photos I used as reference.
"Yaquina Head Afternoon" 4"x14", Watercolor $195.00
A good friend recently gave us the opportunity to stay at their beach house on the oregon coast. My family and I left on my son's spring break. The first 2 days had pretty good weather, so we painted outside. Today is some pretty serious rain. I guess you could call me a "fair weather painter" I may paint inside on a watercolor today we shall see. So here are a few shots of our time and painting on the oregon coast. To see more photos (click here) on facebook, if your interested in the plein air paintings, see them on my daily paintworks gallery.
